Fit By Fall Training Plan

Join us as we kick off our 2026 Fit by Fall Training program to help you get ready for the St. Charles Running Festival, a 5k and 10k running festival right here in our own backyard, and to lay the foundation for a successful and strong Fall run/walk season.

Waldorf Runners is offering a free and easy hybrid in-person/on your own training plan that you can do no matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned racer and for both race distances. Choose whether you want to train for a 5k or 10k and commit to doing your best to complete 3 run or run/walk workouts per week to help build your endurance and fitness.

Since getting the club up and running, we've met so many amazing members of the community who aspire to get to their first 5k. This program was created with them in mind and is training is ideal for new runners looking to build confidence as they take on challenging distances, runners who need a form of accountability as they train towards their race goal and for seasoned runners who need the a guide to help them perform well on race day.

UNITING RUNNERS AND WALKERS THROUGH COMMUNITY

We are more than just a club; we are a collective of people who find strength in movement and joy in shared effort. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where every stride counts and every pace is celebrated.
